Zeno at Bluepool Network Wellbeing Fair

Optimise your health to prevent chronic disease

This Saturday the 12th August, Lucia from Zeno team will be presenting as part of the Bluepool Network Wellbeing Event taking place from 10 am to 5 pm at The Friars, Aylesford (ME20 7BX).

We will be giving a 30 min. presentation on metabolic health, how to spot metabolic syndrome, what to do but more importantly, how to do it. A bitesize session to start with new and better habits to optimise your health.

We will be joining on a day full of talks about wellbeing and non-mainstream ways of improving physical, mental and even spiritual health (if that is your thing). We believe Zeno provides a unique perspective connecting all the aspects that makes us who we are in order to offer non-pharmacological integrative advice to improve our quality of life.
